We are delighted to announce the winner of our special Woolnough Trophy award
Each term Water Lilies' instructors are invited to nominate those students which have really stood out that term - for their effort, enthusiasm, achievement and more. One of those nominated is awarded our golden Woolnought Trophy.
The trophy was donated to the swimming school in 2007 and we have awarded one of our swimmers each term since then. Receiving the Water Lilies' Woolnough Trophy is a fantastic achievement especially as we teach over 1500 swimmers each week!
And the winner is... LEO BROOKS!
We are thrilled to announce Leo Brooks is the winner for the Spring 2017 Term. He swims at Water Lilies Swimming School in Harleston. Congratulations!!!
Leo's instructor Sophie nominated him for the award, saying:
"I have nominated Leo for his consistent hard work throughout the term and he has gone from strength to strength!”
Leo's mum Claire has said: "To say we are proud is an understatement, what a fantastic achievement! We are delighted with how Leo has progressed with Water Lilies and the relationship he has developed with Sophie which is we feel key to the continued progress he has enjoyed. Thank you for this fantastic new!"
STAnely Seal is coming to Water Lilies to present Leo with his special award in the coming weeks. Photographs to follow...
